Dismissible Module

Overview

This fully-responsive block helps you highlight important notes to a user. It is a special notification on the page that can be dismissed by the user (which is less intrusive than a popup). This UI is commonly used to remind users to complete their profiles or to show them important messages that would require them to perform an action. It can also be used for on-boarding to show users a welcome message.

Structure

• When this block is added to a page, it is placed within a group called Blocks container 860 (do not rename) on the page. This group contains the responsive settings for all blocks.

• Group Main dismissible module contains two main groups:

  • Group Inner content contains the following collapsible groups:

    • Group Collapsible progress bar displays a progress bar to track the progress completion of something.

    • Group Collapsible action text displays a single line of text with a formatted action text

    • Group Collapsible title and multiline text displays a title and a description text.

    • Clicking on Group Inner close module will collapse and hide the entire block.

  • Group Main PLACEHOLDER is a placeholder group.

    • You can resize this group to add more elements to the group. If you do modify the content, please ensure that no elements are overlapping as any overlapping elements will affect responsiveness.

How to set up

• Hide UI components that you do not need. Any group names that include Collapsible can be hidden or shown.

  • To hide a group, uncheck the box that says This element is visible on page load.

• Update the data sources of text elements and the progress bar.
