Users & Functionality

The following user types are included with the template:

1. Manager users can do the following:

   • Reset their password

   • Access a portal, where they can:

     • View analytics such as total active deals, expected deal value, and deal value breakdown by stage

     • View all created deals on the platform

       • Filter deals by several different properties

       • Modify or delete a deal

       • Download deal data into a formatted spreadsheet

       • Add notes to a deal and view a full discussion history

     • Create a new deal

       • Add basic information such as a name and deal value

       • Select a stage for the deal

         • Expected deal amount is auto-calculated based on the deal value and stage

       • Add an owner for the deal

     • View all created contacts on the platform

       • Filter contacts by several different properties

       • Modify or delete a contact

       • Download contact data into a formatted spreadsheet

       • Add notes to a contact and view a full discussion history

       • Quickly view all deals linked to a contact

     • Create a new contact

       • Add basic information such as a name, email, and title

       • Add an owner for the contact

     • View all created accounts on the platform

       • Filter accounts by several different properties

       • Modify or delete an account

       • Download account data into a formatted spreadsheet

       • Add notes to an account and view a full discussion history

       • Quickly view all deals or contacts linked to an account

     • Create a new account

       • Add basic information such as a name and website url

       • Add an owner for the account

   • Access a personalized settings page, where they can:

     • Manage profile information and a profile picture

     • Update all of their account information and credentials

2. Rep users can do the following:

   • Reset their password

   • Access a portal, where they can do everything that Managers can but only for Deals, Contacts, and Accounts which they've been assigned the owner of

   • Access a personalized settings page, where they can:

     • Manage profile information and a profile picture

     • Update all of their account information and credentials

3. Owner users can do the following:

   • See basic analytics for their application, which include signups, total users, and active users

   • Update the homepage content blocks without the Bubble editor

     • Create content blocks with different formats such as featured items, testimonials, or contact form

   • Update the application's settings, which include name, logos, contact email, OG content, social media icons, privacy/terms, and more

   • See the list of their application's users

     • Deactivate users, send password reset requests, and download user data

     • Invite more Admin, Manager, and Rep users to the platform (permissions are easily modifiable through the Role data type)

   • Maintain a list of stages on the platform that can be assigned to a deal

     • Stages include a name, an order, and a close likelihood (percentage amount)

     • Stages can be modified, deleted, or have their order adjusted at any time
