Portal where the Owner manages their application
Owner's Portal Overview
Due to the complexity of this page and the amount of information that is usually displayed, the Owner's portal will not be responsive.
Your app will come with a dedicated portal for the app’s “owner” where you can manage app settings & data. Much of this is preset for you, but you will have to customize the page for your app:
Use the “Dashboard” tab to monitor user signups and activity
Customize your app settings by using the "Settings" tab
General tab
Manage your business information and app-wide settings such as app name, contact email, app primary color, and logos here.
Added the ability for app owners to set whether or not to ask user for cookies. When ask for cookies is "yes" (website object) and current user is using cookies is "no" then the ask for cookies banner will be shown to the user on the homepage.
Search engine optimization tab
Manage the visibility of your website in search engine results.
Social media tab
Manage footer links to your social media profiles. You can add up to six social media links.
Legal pages tab
Manage and customize your privacy policy and terms of services documents and pages here.
Checking the box for "Show TERMS and PRIVACY links during sign up" will require the user to check the box for "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" before signing up. This will save the current data/time in the user object of when the user agreed to the terms and privacy policy.
Checking the box for "Show TERMS and PRIVACY links in the footer" will show the legal pages links in the footer
Homepage tab
Update homepage marketing info by customizing the different homepage sections here.
Styles tab
Customize the background style and colors of your login page and portal page sidebar.
Use the "Backlog" tab to plan your product roadmap
Plan your product roadmap by adding potential features to this list.
Manage your users and permissions from the "Users" tab
See info about users who have signed up for your app, disable users, and send reset passwords. You can also add other Owner users to administer your web app. (*If you disable a user and try to sign up with the same email as that user, the system will recognize this and not allow you to use the same email).
Adding additional tabs to the Owner's Portal
Go to the owner page in the Bubble Editor and unhide
Group Nav 7/8/9/10/11 tab
by checkingThis element is visible on page load
. Set the data source of the tab group to the name of the tab.
