Job Page Overview

The job page is used for viewing a Job's details as well as initiating the application process for the job.

Key Workflows

Do when Current Page Job is empty or Current Page Job's Inactive? is "yes"

• Bounces the user from the page if the Job is inactive or does not exist

Button Apply is clicked

• Starts the application process for the Job by creating a new Applicant

• Auto-assigns the first Stage (with Order equal to 1)

• Sets the User field to Current user, which utilizes the browser cookies to recognize a user account as the applicant won't be logged in during this process

  • This User field is used for supporting privacy rules for the Applicant data type
