Menufocusgroup Form Reusable Overview

This is a reusable element with several buttons corresponding with different actions one can take on a Form. This element exists on the dashboard.

Key Workflows

Button Remove Form is clicked

• Effectively removes this Form from the platform by settings its Inactive? field to yes

• Inactive Forms will not be shown in the dashboard or be allowed to be linked to Jobs

• We do not do a full removal ("hard delete") of this object so that it may continue to be used when viewing past Applicants whose Job used this Form

Group Option 2 - Edit is clicked

• Navigates the user to the form page with that Form for editing purposes
